How can I get internet on my mobile phone?

To be able to use MyOrder you will need to have access to a mobile network. You can get the settings from your provider for free by sending the following SMS message:
KPN/Hi: text 'internet' to 1300
Telfort: text 'SPOT' to 1300
Vodafone: text 'internet' to 1300
T-mobile: text 'internet' to 1300

You can also get the settings by going to Belcompany.nl. Fill in your mobile phone number and you will get a SMS message with the right settings.

Why does MyOrder ask for permission to connect to a network?

MyOrder needs to have access to a mobile network to get the menu of a bar. That is how MyOrder can show you the different things you can order.

Is MyOrder free?

Yes, the application MyOrder is free: it will not cost you a thing. However, do keep in mind that MyOrder uses internet for the following operations: getting locations, getting the menu, placing an order, etc... You will have to pay the internet costs via your provider. For information on these costs we refer you to the website of your provider.

During the installation of MyOrder a message appears: MyOrder is not safe.

This message appears because MyOrder is not certified. Suppliers of mobile JAVA applications can give out a certificate with the label "safe". With applications that are not certified, your mobile phone will automatically give the message "unsafe". MyOrder has chosen not to certify the application, because this will not be supported by all mobile phones.

MyOrder is not working on my mobile phone, what can I do?

When you encounter problems with the installation/start up of MyOrder, you can contact the developers via the contact form. MyOrder would like to help you with any problems you encounter. Considering the amount of new mobile phones on the market at the moment, it is difficult to have the correct application for every phone. MyOrder is doing its best to provide every phone with the best application. If you still have problems after contacting the team of developers you can always use the webversion of MyOrder via http://i.myorder.nl. This version can be used on every mobile phone with access to a mobile network.

How do I get a mobile wallet?

When you have installed MyOrder on your mobile phone and have completed the registration, a mobile wallet is automatically made for you. You receive €2, so you can try out the application.

I have installed MyOrder and received €2. Do I still have to register on smsbetalen.nl?

Yes. You have received the €2 and you have a mobile wallet, but you will still need an account on smsbetalen.nl, because then you can top up your balance via iDEAL and see or alter the settings of your mobile wallet. Your account is linked to your wallet, so you will see that your balance is €2.
smsbetalen.nl also makes it possible to link your mobile wallet to your bank account, so you can transfer money to and from your bank account.

How can I log into my mobile wallet on smsbetalen.nl?

Click here to make an account. Fill in the form with your particulars. Confirm your telephone number with the received SMS message. Confirm your email address via the link in the received email. Now you can log into your mobile wallet.

I already have a mobile wallet, but I would still like to receive €2. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. The first time you use MyOrder, you will receive €2 after you have filled in the registration forms.

How can I top up the balance of my mobile wallet?

SMS Betalen (iDEAL). You can log in on smsbetalen.nl and top up the balance of your wallet.
